In this introduction to the series on astrology we look at how the west began to look at the heavens in a means to understand not just the solar system but to understand all levels of the universe. as we see Astrology is the effect of Astronomy on the universe. as the symbolic devices of the planets within the zodiacal map were meant to represent more than the physical forms in space, they were symbolic aspects that exist within every vibrational cosmic level. As the patterns of the universe copy themselves into each layer of reality the planets and they way they interact with one another and the solar system can be translated to understand all things including, the human body, the organs, the social structures, economics, mechanics, psychology, personality's and even meta and quantum physics. Astrology or what we consider Astrology in the modern world is but a shade of its original intended use, teachings of this level have been lost in time for thousands of years.
